Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Chicago seeks a District Manager to oversee daily delivery and service routes, drive efficiency, and ensure high-quality customer service. You will report to the Service Manager and lead a team of route drivers and service staff.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience in logistics, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record. Travel within the branch area and adherence to safety policies are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations, delivery management, transportation, service management, or logistics leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes to ensure accurate and efficient customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize route productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members to drive performance and accountability.
• Ensure consistent customer service and respond to escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce all company safety policies, DOT regulations (if applicable), and operational procedures.
