Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree not required; HS diploma or GED with relevant experience acceptable.

• Experience leading a team of route/service staff or similar roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Build relationships with customers and drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
• Collaborate with location management to provide best service and product programs.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
