UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who service multiple customers daily. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location.

The position emphasizes training, career mobility, and strong collaboration with location management to ensure top-tier service while maintaining UniFirst’s family culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to problem solve and handle a variety customer service situations.
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license in the state of residence.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team performance in customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
