Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Representatives who deliver to multiple customers daily. You will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and location profitability.

You will oversee recruiting, training, and development, build strong customer relationships, negotiate renewals, and collaborate with location management to deliver outstanding programs. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience essential.
• Ability to solve problems and handle diverse customer service situations.
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office) and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with customers and drive customer satisfaction and account growth.
• Collaborate with location management to deliver superior customer service and product programs.
• Negotiate contract renewals with customers.
