UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives, delivering to multiple customers daily. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and location profitability.

The candidate will collaborate with the location management team, implement service and product programs, and manage contract renewals for key accounts, while upholding UniFirst’s culture and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing leadership roles.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop a team of route personnel.
• Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and contract renewals.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive as part of the role.
