Responsibilities include loading/unloading containers, assisting with backing maneuvers, and operating hoisting devices. Must lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work in varying weather while maintaining professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Loads and empties residential and/or commercial containers into truck.
• Maneuvers containers staged curbside, dockside, carryout or pullout.
• Operates hoisting device to lift and empty bins into truck hopper.
• Places serviced bins back in original location with covers on.
• Assists driver with backing maneuvers on route.
• Loads trash and recycling into rear-load truck in varying weather.
• Lifts 50 pounds constantly throughout the day.
• Maintains a safe working environment at all times.
• Works in a high pace, changing industry environment.
• Communicates professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Participates in training and other learning opportunities.
