Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds constantly and work in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Load and empty containers into the truck manually or mechanically.
• Maneuver containers staged curbside, dockside, carryout or requiring pullout.
• Operate hoisting device to lift and empty bins into the hopper.
• Return serviced bins to their original locations after service.
• Assist the driver with backing maneuvers on route.
• Load trash and recycling into rear load truck in varying weather.
• Lift 50 pounds constantly; maintain stamina for daily duties.
• Maintain a safe work environment and communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Participate in training and other opportunities to learn about the company and services.
