• Ability to lift 50 lbs constantly and work in varying weather.
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads and empties containers into the truck manually or mechanically.
• Maneuvers containers staged curbside, dockside, carryout, or pullouts.
• Operates hoisting device to lift and empty bins into truck hopper.
• Returns serviced bins to original location with lids in place.
• Assists driver with backing maneuvers on route.
• Loads trash and recycling into rear-load truck in variable weather.
• Lifts 50 pounds constantly and maintains stamina.
• Maintains a safe working environment.
• Works in a fast-paced, changing industry.
• Communicates professionally with customers and teammates.
• Undergoes pre-employment drug screen and other training as needed.
