Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility services along an established route.

You will be the face of the company to customers, building rapport with decision makers while ensuring quality and safety. Strong customer service orientation and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork.
• Positive attitude, organized and service-minded.

Responsabilités

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
