Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck on an established route to service and upsell within an existing customer base; a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms and facility services products.

The position offers a solid base salary with commission, a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends for most routes, plus bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• DOT medical certification required prior to first day.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
