GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate with drivers, assist with problem resolution on route, and handle incoming service orders.

You will enter tickets in GFL proprietary software and track productivity while collaborating with customer service, sales, and operations teams. Responsibilities include scheduling service, routing dispatches, end-of-day driver check-ins, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school; post-secondary courses or diploma would be an asset.
• 1–2 years in a transportation, dispatch or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and strong typing accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Schedule service and satisfy customer needs for service changes with adherence to policies.
• Dispatch calls to routes based on designated route and driver location.
• Perform driver check-ins at day’s end and ensure complete paperwork.
• Distribute and review route sheets for accurate end-of-day data entry.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve service issues.
