Job summary

Simple is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to act as the primary liaison with customers, retain existing business, and identify growth opportunities on assigned routes. You will deliver linen products, manage route operations, and ensure on-time service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a background in customer service or sales, and the ability to work independently while meeting DOT and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and account management experience.
• Experience operating 26-28 foot straight trucks preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Represent Simple professionally and serve as the trusted face of the company within assigned customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and end users to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and secure renewals while maintaining service excellence.
• Manage routes for efficiency, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate documentation and safety compliance.
