Job summary

NOVO Health Services, LLC is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage assigned accounts, deliver clean linen, and optimize route efficiency. You will be the primary face to customers, building trust with decision makers and end users while identifying opportunities to expand services.

The role requires driving 26-28 ft trucks, maintaining a clean driving record, and meeting safety and regulatory standards. A strong customer-service mindset and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Experience driving 26-28 ft straight trucks.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; DOT medical card.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Novo Health Services to accounts; build trust with decision makers and end users.
• Retain customers, grow revenue, and identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Deliver clean linen, monitor quality and inventory levels for day-to-day facility needs.
• Load/unload trucks daily and ensure route completion; meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate renewal agreements with assigned customers and explore referrals to grow business.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and plant personnel to meet account needs.
