NOVO Health Services is hiring a Route Service Representative to retain and grow customer accounts, manage routes, and maximize efficiency. You will be the face of the company, building trust with key decision makers and end users while ensuring timely linen delivery and quality control.

The role requires strong customer service or sales experience, a valid driver's license, and DOT compliance. You will work with the Sales Director and Customer Success teams to drive revenue and improve service

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in Customer Service and/or Sales.
• Must possess valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Must meet all DOT requirements and have a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull linen carts up to 700 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Follow all applicable laws and safety policies.
• Build trust with account decision makers and end users.
• Grow existing business by identifying and offering additional products and services.
• Ensure route efficiency, productivity, revenue growth and cost control.
• Negotiate renewal agreements with assigned customers.
• Secure referrals and communicate prospects to Sales leadership.
• Deliver clean linen and monitor quality and inventory levels.
• Load and unload trucks daily and ensure items are accounted for before departure.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and plant personnel to meet account needs.
