Job summary

NOVO Health Services, LLC is seeking a Route Service Representative to serve as the face of Simple, retain customers, grow revenue, and optimize route efficiency. You will manage accounts, negotiate renewals, and work with plant personnel to meet client needs.

This full-time role requires driving 26-28’ straight trucks, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package including PTO and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Customer Service and/or Sales.
• Previous experience driving 26-28’ straight trucks.
• Must possess valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.
• Must meet all DOT requirements and have a valid DOT Medical Card.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as Corporate Safety Policies.
• Build trust with account decision makers and end users.
• Grow existing business by identifying and offering additional products and services.
• Negotiate renewal agreements with assigned customers.
• Ensure route maximizes efficiency, drives revenue and controls cost.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and plant personnel to meet account needs.
