Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to grow beverage sales on assigned routes and build strong customer relationships. You will handle daily delivery, stocking and cash handling while upholding safety and company standards.

This role requires the ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days, with focus on service excellence across accounts in the region and adherence to DOT requirements. Competitive benefits and flexible work expectations apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience is a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all accounts are merchandised/stocked according to standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily.
• Invoice and collect monies due accurately and efficiently.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts.
• Maintain clean and organized back room and manage trade breakage.
• Perform required vehicle checks and load checks per standards.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with coworkers and customers professionally.
• Monitor competitor products and activities.
• Follow all regulations, policies and processes and meet commitments.
