Silver Eagle Distributors Houston, LLC is seeking a route sales professional to pre-sell products to off-premise accounts in a designated area. You will manage inventory, stock shelves, merchandise displays, and install POS materials while upholding code dates and supplier guidelines.

You will maintain strong account communication, report daily activities, and stay informed about the growing brand portfolio. A valid Texas driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of direct sales and marketing experience.
• Experience in grocery/convenience store or consumer products is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle alcohol and comply with T.A.B.C guidelines.
• Vehicle capable of transporting product; valid TX driver license.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; data capable phone.

Responsabilités

• Take inventory at accounts to recommend product needs and keep stock levels.
• Restock inventories by moving product to cold boxes, displays and shelves.
• Sell displays, authorized products, packages, shelf facings, and POS materials.
• Follow supplier guidelines and maintain correct product code dates.
• Merchandise products, adjust space, build displays, and install POS per retailer.
• Ensure paper POS is in accounts and pricing is in place.
• Communicate with managers at each account and build relationships.
• Notify Area Sales Manager of changes; submit daily activity reports.
• Maintain knowledge of Silver Eagle's brands and packaging.
• Aim to dominate POS placement and promotions across accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
