Silver Eagle Beverages is seeking an Experienced Route Sales professional for the Del Rio, TX area. You will pre-sell products to assigned off-premise accounts, manage inventory, and build displays to maximize sales.

The role requires driving, flexibility with schedules, and compliance with TAB C guidelines. You will maintain accounts, restock shelves, and ensure accurate pricing and POS materials while adhering to corporate standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of directly related sales and marketing experience preferred.
• Grocery/convenience store and/or consumer products experience a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Must have a cell phone with data for work.
• Driving record within MVR policy guidelines. - No license revocation, suspension, DUI/DWI, careless or reckless driving.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Ability to operate a two or four wheel dolly and be certified in pallet/straddle jack and lift gate.
• Must handle alcohol and work within TAB C Guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Takes inventory at assigned accounts and recommends product needs and to maintain properly stocked inventory levels.
• Sells in displays, new products and packages, draught placements, shelf facings, POS, and price points.
• Follows corporate Sales and Merchandising Standards to ensure proper merchandising and restocking.
• Completes all administrative duties: route book entries and timely syncing.
• Notifies Area Sales Manager of changes in retail trade and route scheduling.
• Be flexible with hours and routes and close sales utilizing training.
• Provide effective communication with Sales personnel to ensure closure of sales and maintain relationships.
• Adheres to supplier contracts and policies.
• Develops knowledge of Silver Eagle suppliers and products.
