Job summary

Silver Eagle Distributors Houston, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to perform daily in-store merchandising, restocking, and POS setup in grocery accounts across the service territory. You will ensure accurate pricing, rotate products per Code Date Policies, and build displays to maximize sales while maintaining safety and brand standards.

The role requires travel within Texas, a valid driver license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent required.
• One year of general work experience preferred; grocery/beverage knowledge is a plus.
• Daily in-person travel within Silver Eagle service territories required.
• Texas driver license with acceptable MVR; reliable vehicle for up to 20 cases.

Responsibilities

• Restock coolers, shelves and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products per Code Date Policies and during backroom stocking.
• Build displays with proper POS to meet retailer needs and boost sales.
• Ensure POS communicates correct package and price to customers.
• Operate pallet jacks, dollys, and hand trucks to move product.
• Develop store-level customer relationships and strive for category leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of brand portfolio and complete product line.
• Submit merchandising activity via Karma and daily surveys for Non-Alcoholic products.
• Communicate daily objectives with Supervisors and team members.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies; report hazards.
