Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience in retail sales, DSD sales, and/or B2B sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage internal sales data and marketing plans to drive growth with customers.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relations to communicate sales solutions.
• Order product using an online order planner to ensure fresh product.
• Increase sales through shelf space expansion and in-store promotions.
• Adhere to route structure, service times, and SOPs.
• Perform daily route settlements and weekly inventory checks.
• Support the introduction of new products and gain shelf space.
• Obtain authorization for promotional product displays.
