Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Specialist I (RSS I) to manage ordering, sales, delivery, and merchandising for a set of brand products. The role focuses on building relationships with customer managers, executing market programs, and driving incremental sales within assigned routes.

You may work non-traditional hours including weekends or holidays. The position requires eagerness to learn the bakery industry, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership training.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year related experience in retail sales, DSD sales, and/or B2B sales.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Mansioni

• Serve accounts on a company route to maximize sales opportunities.
• Build strong customer relations and communicate sales solutions.
• Place orders using an online order planner to ensure fresh product.
• Increase sales through shelf space expansion and in-store promotions.
• Adhere to route structure, service times, and safety policies.
• Perform daily route settlement and weekly inventory checks.
