Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year related experience in retail sales, DSD sales, and/or business-to-business sales.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Learn to learn Route Sales Operations manual and work toward becoming Route Sales Representative (RSR) or Route Delivery Driver (RDD).
• Service accounts during designated service windows; may work non-traditional hours, weekends, or holidays; potential overnight travel.
• Maintain organization: vehicle cleanliness, logs, hours of service, DVIRs as required.
• Increase sales through in-store promotions and shelf space optimization; follow route structure and service times.
