Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Representative in Pennsylvania to merchandise and drive growth for Arnold, Brownberry, Oroweat, and other brands. You will manage in-store displays, secure new shelf space, and maintain accurate route documentation.

The role emphasizes safe driving, DOT compliance, and building strong customer relationships across store locations with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Chauffer License if job location is IN, MI, TN.
• Ability to lift, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods.
• 1-3 years of Direct Sales Distribution (DSD) experience preferred.
• Must read/speak English proficiently for DOT reports and communication.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and rotate products to guarantee freshness.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and incremental displays.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and nurture customer relationships.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Conduct daily route settlements for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required paperwork and deposits on time.
