Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Route Sales Driver in Ardmore, OK to merchandise, stock, and manage product displays. You will drive the route truck, ensure freshness and proper inventory, and follow promotions to grow sales with existing and new customers.

The role requires 21+ years, a clean driving record, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical card, with 1–3 years of DSD experience preferred. Full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Able to obtain Chauffeur License if required by location.
• Ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel for extended periods.
• 1–3 years of related experience in DSD preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English clearly per DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock, and ensure proper rotation of products on shelves and displays.
• Drive sales by securing new display space and using data to inform store strategies.
• Follow up on new account opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
• Introduce new products and services to maximize sales and shelf space.
• Conduct daily route settlements for products, invoices, and cash.
• Safely drive the route truck and complete DOT daily logs.
• Submit required documentation, deposits, and paperwork on time.
