Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Casper, WY seeks a Route Sales Representative to support service departments by up-selling, cross-selling, and delivering excellent customer service. You will report to the District Manager and manage customer relationships along assigned routes.

Requirements include a valid driver's license (CDL when applicable), a clean driving record, excellent English communication, and at least two years in sales, customer service, delivery, or public-facing work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (CDL when applicable)
• Clean driving record and 21+ years old
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• At least two years in sales, customer service, delivery or public-facing work

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers within assigned routes and refer leads to Sales
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and relationships
• Communicate with decision-makers and resolve service concerns
• Follow SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management
• Maintain customer files, route books and inventories
• Handle customer payments, credits and change orders accurately
• Upsell services and refer leads to Sales Consultants
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness
• Load/unload products and lift up to 75 lbs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Collaborate with service, sales and operations teams as a relief driver

Skills
