Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative to support service departments by up-selling, cross-selling, and delivering excellent customer service on assigned routes. You will report to the District Manager and work with service, sales, and operations teams.

Responsibilities include prospecting new customers, maintaining route books, handling payments, and upselling services. The role requires driving with CDL when applicable, being 21+, and maintaining vehicle safety.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; CDL when applicable; must be 21+.
• Two years of sales, customer service, delivery, or public-facing experience.
• Excellent English communication; able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers within assigned routes.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty.
• Upsell services and refer leads to Sales Consultants.
• Load/unload products and move carts up to 500 lbs.
• Daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
