Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Sales Representative to support our service departments by up-selling, cross-selling, and delivering outstanding customer service on responsible routes. The role reports to the District Manager and requires daily travel, vehicle inspections, and collaboration with service, sales, and operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles, a valid driver’s license (CDL when applicable), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work.
• Valid driver's license; CDL when applicable; must be 21 years or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to follow directions.
• Ability to support other service team members as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers within assigned routes, referring qualified leads to the Sales Department.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and strong relationships.
• Communicate with decision-makers and proactively resolve service concerns.
• Follow Service SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management.
• Maintain accurate inventories, route books, and customer files.
• Handle customer payments, credits, and change orders accurately.
• Upsell services, promote products, and refer leads to Sales Consultants.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
