Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in our Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell to an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and related products in a fast-paced environment.

You will build rapport with key decision makers, grow the customer base through upselling and cross-selling, and manage service renewals while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Documentation of previous employment must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory with professionalism and safety.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
