Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a route to service and sell to an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and safety products along a fast-paced, on-site route.

You will represent Cintas to customers, build relationships with key decision makers, maintain quality standards, and upsell additional products.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license, DOT medical certification, and prior employment documentation.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service required; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
