Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility products.

This is a fast-paced, physically active role with opportunities for advancement. Qualified candidates must meet DOT requirements, hold an active driver’s license, be 21+, and pass a DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license required
• Be at least 21 years old
• DOT medical certificate required

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
