Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service experience.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated ability to sell services and generate new business preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in designated area to serve clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and keep accurate operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load/unload products per policy and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to improve profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and assist in acquiring new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and promptly resolve issues.
• Maintain personal safety and follow all safety policies.
