Vestis is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver in Wichita, KS, to build solid customer relationships and reliably deliver products on a busy route.

You will operate a step van, verify maintenance, manage daily routes, and pursue new business while upholding safety and company policies. The role requires a valid non-CDL license, strong customer service, good math and computer skills, and the ability to work independently to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid non-CDL driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service experience across a wide range of client contacts.
• Proficient in basic math and computer skills.
• Experience selling services and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to deliver products to clients.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for accurate, timely deliveries.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, solicit new business, and install new accounts.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and respond to issues promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to safety practices and company policies at all times.
