Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a variety of clients.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to serve clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep operator records.
• Manage daily route independently for timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per policy.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections if needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor feedback and promptly resolve issues.
