Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License (Not CDL) with minimal points in last 3 years
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of customers
• Demonstrated sales experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to serve clients
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation
• Manage daily route to ensure timely product delivery
• Load/unload product per policy and guidelines
• Review invoices for accuracy and corrections
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth for profitability
• Develop leads, call on prospective customers, and install new accounts
• Communicate policies, pricing, and services clearly to customers
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Follow safety practices and perform other duties as assigned
