Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with diverse clients is required or preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills are needed for daily tasks.
• Experience selling services or generating new business is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-facing skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently, apply good judgment and solve issues.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van in a defined area to serve clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and maintain operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure timely deliveries.
• Load/unload products per policy and guidelines.
• Review invoices and correct as needed.
• Meet sales goals and drive route growth and profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, and assist with new accounts.
