Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong customer relationships and exceed sales goals on a dedicated route.

The role requires operating a step van, maintaining vehicle readiness, and delivering products while ensuring accuracy of invoices and service quality. A high school diploma and valid license are required, with aptitude in math, basic computing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to service clients in the designated area.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and accurate operator documentation.
• Manage daily route independently for timely product delivery.
• Load and unload products per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, call on prospects, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
• Communicate services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety practices and use equipment properly; perform other duties as assigned.
