Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with frequent client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to service clients on the route.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and keep operator documentation.
• Manage daily route for accurate, timely delivery.
• Load/unload product per policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices for accuracy and corrections.
• Meet sales goals and grow route profitability.
• Develop leads, call prospects, and install new accounts.
• Communicate pricing and policies clearly to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
• Prioritize personal safety and safe work practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
