Job description

Work Schedule:

Our Zone operates Sunday through Saturday. Route Sales Associate will work 5 days a week, including weekends and/or holidays.

Compensation:

$3000 retention bonus paid within 2 years of employment (based on performance and eligibility).

Role Overview:

Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products, including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more, to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. The role involves driving a FritoLay truck to different stores, unloading orders, merchandising products, and partnering with store managers to increase sales, take orders, and maintain records throughout the day.

While starting as a Route Sales Representative, we invest in your growth within our company and beyond, potentially opening doors to career opportunities with us or our parent company, PepsiCo.

Key Tasks:
  • Learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our team.
  • Run routes, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
  • Grow sales by building relationships, selling displays, and completing national initiatives.
  • Attain a route with a set schedule and days off.
  • Work in a fun, fast-paced, and physical environment.
Work Environment & Schedule:

Our operations run 24 hours a day, so schedules may vary. Team members often work weekends and holidays. The role is physical; you will be on your feet throughout your shift.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Be 21 years of age or older.
  • Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licenses as required by law.
  • Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs., with or without a reasonable accommodation.
