Job Details

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls, consult with customers on insurance needs, and match coverages to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details

Paid remote training for 16 weeks (licensed) or 18 weeks (unlicensed). Medical benefits from Day 1. No cold calls, all warm leads. Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend (e.g., 11am-8pm CST). Equipment provided; must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet not supported.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with PC and typing skills.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire (training included).
