Location and Eligibility

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, advising customers on insurance options and converting leads into policyholders.

Position Details

• Paid remote training for 16-18 weeks, including licensing if needed.

• Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend, mid-morning start (e.g., 11am-8pm CST).
• Must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet (no satellite).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Property & Casualty license required after hire.
