Job summary

Chesapeake Beverage is seeking a field-based Pre-Sales professional to drive sales and merchandising across assigned accounts. You will maximize product distribution, execute promotions, and maintain strong customer relationships for Anheuser-Busch and partner brands.

The role requires daily store visits, coordination of weekend pull-ups and events, and adherence to safety and company policies. The candidate should possess a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Achieve route sales and marketing objectives set by Team Leader and Sales Manager.
• Sell in and execute all authorized promotions and product placements.
• Proactively ensure inventory to prevent stockouts and weekend deliveries.
• Solicit placement of permanent and temporary POS materials for Anheuser-Busch and other suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to grow product distribution, visibility, and sales volume.
• Identify and pursue lost, inactive, and potential new accounts in the territory.
• Report on new account opportunities and complete ownership changes and new customer setup.
• Maintain top-tier merchandising standards with company POS and displays.
• Monitor product movement and shift underperforming SKUs to higher-volume outlets.
• Assist in building and merchandising displays for top product positioning.
• Ensure labels are front-facing and inventory is organized on sale.
