Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of direct sales experience.
• Experience in automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair is highly valued.
• DOT physical and medical card arranged by the company; will be paid for.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to learn and follow a process.
• Proficient with apps and emails on cell phones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct franchisee inventories and advise on best inventory management practices.
• Conduct route surveys per Snap-on guidelines.
• Service open routes including selling, collecting receivables and servicing customers.
• Assist with priority service issues (tool-ups, meeting materials, trainings, tool shows, replacements, terminations).
