Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–5 years' direct sales experience.
• Automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations.
• Conduct inventories and coach on inventory management practices.
• Drive route surveys and service open routes including selling and receivables.
• Assist with priority service issues and training materials for meetings.
