Job summary

Snap-on Incorporated is seeking a Route Sales Support Specialist to join our regional sales team. After comprehensive training, you will support franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations in opening routes, servicing customers, and driving inventory excellence.

The role emphasizes customer service, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy items, with opportunities for career growth within the Snap-on field sales organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent (bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum 2-5 years' experience in direct sales.
• Valid driver’s license.
• D.O.T. physical and maintain a medical card, paid by the company.
• Ability to frequently lift 50-100 pounds (below shoulder height).
• Ability to learn and follow a process.
• Computer proficiency and the ability to operate apps and emails on cell phones.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to franchisees, company stores, and Franchise Performance Team operations.
• Conduct franchisee inventories and advise, demonstrate and coach best inventory management practices.
• Conduct route surveys properly per qualitative and quantitative criteria.
• Service open routes including selling, collecting receivables, and servicing customers.
• Assist with priority service issues such as tool-ups, meetings, trainings, show assistance, replacements, and returns.
