Zusammenfassung

Bimbo Bakeries USA is hiring a Route Sales Professional to merchandise and stock products, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales across stores. You’ll manage displays, pursue new accounts, and ensure promotions are executed while keeping accurate route documentation and DOT logs.

Candidates need 21+ with a valid license and preferably 1–3 years in DSD, with English proficiency for communication and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
• DOT medical card required to operate company vehicles.
• Chauffer license if located in IN, MI, or TN.
• 1–3 years of Direct Sales Distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English adequately for driving, signage and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Merchandise and stock products; ensure proper rotation for freshness.
• Drive sales by creating new display space and using sales data.
• Follow up on new accounts and maintain customer relationships; execute promotions.
• Introduce new products to maximize sales and shelf space in existing or new accounts.
• Complete daily route settlements and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Safely drive route truck and maintain DOT daily logs; submit required paperwork.
