Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and retrieving garments and products daily. You’ll build strong customer relationships, upsell where appropriate, and ensure safe, accurate service while maintaining a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, motivated field professionals with a clean driving record and physical stamina for a dynamic route-based role. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable using technology to enhance route efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload route trucks and ensure accuracy at start.
• Deliver on-time, accurate service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities on the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road and maintain safety standards.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday, no nights or weekends.
