Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Montrose, CO is seeking a Route Sales Representative (Non-CDL) to meet customer needs through up-selling and proactive route management. You will provide superior service, report to the District Manager, and participate in promotions and training.

Responsibilities include soliciting new customers, maintaining profitable product mix, managing deliveries, handling payments, and ensuring service quality on every route. A valid license and driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL if applicable.
• Clean driving record with no chargeable accidents.
• Proven customer service and route-sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written English; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new customers and upsell/cross-sell all lines of service or product.
• Develop and maintain relationships; ensure profitable product mix.
• Follow company policies for installation of new customers and service needs.
• Ensure timely deliveries and complete textile loads; manage route paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular vehicle inspections.
• Monitor competitive activity and keep service agreements current.
