Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Denver, CO is seeking a Route Sales Representative to support the Service Departments by upselling, cross-selling, and delivering outstanding customer service on assigned routes.

You will prospect and engage new customers, maintain route books and customer files, handle payments and credits, communicate with decision-makers, and collaborate with service, sales and operations teams as a reliable relief driver; schedule is Monday–Friday with Saturday work after holiday weeks, and

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, delivery, or public facing work.
• Valid driver’s license and 21+ years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new customers within assigned routes.
• Provide outstanding customer service to build loyalty and relationships.
• Communicate with decision-makers and resolve service concerns.
• Follow Service SOPs for installations, deliveries, and account management.
• Maintain accurate inventories, route books, and customer files.
• Handle customer payments, credits, and change orders accurately.
• Monitor accounts and report customer feedback or competitive activity.
• Upsell services, promote products, and refer leads to Sales Consultants.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain truck cleanliness.
• Load/unload products and move carts up to 500 lbs. and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dress code.
• Collaborate with service, sales, and operations teams as a reliable relief driver.
