Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales or 2 years of consumer goods experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated, highly organized and able to demonstrate professional sales and administration skills.
• Goal oriented and able to prioritize multiple goals and strategies.
• Capable of time management, strategic planning, concise communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule and lift/pull up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail sales for your accounts through the implementation and execution of established sales, distribution, marketing, and supplier goals.
• Develop tight and timely monthly plans to establish goals and strategically manage territory resources, talent and time.
• Complete thorough month-end recap of actual performance results against objectives.
• Execute against strategic pricing standards including price to consumer, shelf, display, and POS as appropriate.
• Responsible for designing displays and marketing at retail to meet merchandising and retail standards.
• Display locations in high traffic areas and ensure products are represented accurately and available for purchase.
