Job summary

Beverage South in GA/SC is seeking Dynamic Sales Employees to join our team and grow distribution across assigned routes. You will drive sales, manage accounts, and execute merchandising programs to maximize share and visibility.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales or consumer goods, 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. You must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience or 2 years of consumer goods experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be self-motivated, highly organized and able to demonstrate professional sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail sales for accounts through the implementation and execution of established sales, distribution, marketing, supplier and QA program goals.
• Develop tight & timely monthly plan to establish goals and strategically manage territory resources, talent and time.
• Complete thorough month-end recap of actual performance results against objectives.
• Execute against strategic pricing standards to include; competitive PTC, shelf, display, and window pricing where appropriate.
• Responsible for designing displays and marketing at retail that meet merchandising and retail standards.
• Display location in primary or high traffic flow location and ensure all products are represented and priced.
• All point of sale materials are current and relevant to market place and rotated to favor older stock first.
• Develops, mentors and manages driver servicing account base to improve skills and teamwork.
